The Texas Main Street Program is a part of the Texas Historical Commission's Community Heritage Development Division which helps Texas cities revitalize their historic downtowns and neighborhood commercial districts by utilizing preservation and economic development strategies.

Locally, the Main Street Program is 501(c)3 non-profit organization and community effort spearheaded by local business people with the support of the City of Victoria and the Victoria Council.

Victoria Main Street Program is currently accepting resumes for a Program Manager.
